As Assistant Operation Officer, I play a key role in supporting the Director of Operations at Basin Aviation. My responsibilities include assisting with the stringent adherence to FAA regulations, contributing to the overall efficiency of our flight operations, and upholding the highest safety standards. This involves ensuring that all flight crews meet their duty and rest requirements. I also diligently monitor critical flight factors such as weather patterns, Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs), and other operational conditions that could impact flight safety and scheduling. My focus is always on proactive measures to ensure smooth and safe operations for every flight.
In my capacity as a Charter Pilot, I operate flights across a wide range of US states, including diverse territories like California, Montana, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Missouri. A fundamental part of my role is ensuring unwavering compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies throughout every phase of our flight operations. I am deeply committed to delivering a secure, reliable, and professional service for our clients, effectively navigating various airspace challenges and adapting to dynamic conditions to meet their travel needs
My commitment to safety is paramount in every aspect of my work. I meticulously conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections on every aircraft I operate. This critical process is essential for ensuring not only the safety of our valued passengers and crew but also for guaranteeing the optimal airworthiness and readiness of the aircraft for each scheduled flight. This unwavering attention to detail contributes significantly to Basin Aviation’s strong safety record and consistent operational reliability.
During flights, I am responsible for proficiently managing all in-flight communications and maintaining seamless coordination with Air Traffic Control (ATC) as well as ground personnel. This ensures efficient routing, safe passage through all classes of airspace, and timely arrivals. Furthermore, I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service from boarding to arrival, consistently striving to maintain high levels of passenger satisfaction through professional conduct, clear communication, and attention to their comfort and needs.
I proudly serve as Captain on the King Air B200/B250 aircraft for Basin Aviation’s charter operations. In this command role, I am responsible for the overall safety and comfort of our passengers and crew, utilizing my extensive experience to ensure smooth and efficient flights across various destinations. My proficiency in this versatile turboprop aircraft allows for reliable service in diverse operational conditions, meeting a wide range of client requirements.
As First Officer on the Learjet 40/45/75 series, I support the Captain in all aspects of flight operations, from detailed pre-flight preparations to in-flight monitoring, navigation, and communication. My role is crucial in contributing to the safe and efficient execution of our jet charter services. My experience with these sophisticated aircraft enhances Basin Aviation’s crew versatility and expands our service capabilities for clients requiring jet travel.
My pilot credentials include type ratings for the Learjet 45/75 series (LR-45/75) and the King Air B200/250 (KA-B200/250GT). These specific qualifications, combined with my Commercial Single-Engine Land (SEL) / Multi-Engine Land (MEL) and Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) ratings, demonstrate my proven proficiency across different aircraft categories and my ongoing commitment to maintaining a high level of piloting skill for Basin Aviation.
